Love the expression and the tones and colours. The cigarette implies to an addiction, with the name I think.. however I think you're portraying an addiction far more mental level than concretely?
The expression of your face has so many levels, which I love. It's like a rebellion against the control; you love what you are addicted to, yet at the same time, the desperation is in the eyes... you want it to stop. yet you're in the border of giving into it or pulling out.

the contrast and shadows in this shot are pretty cool; but its just a bit too...dark...for me to 'enjoy' looking at I guess.
